Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal contract between you and Geph VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN application (referred to as 'the App').
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, related trademarks, interface, text, and technical materials belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will communicate relevant changes within a reasonable scope. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or bypassing system security may cause service failure or security risks.
The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When those functions are used, the terms and privacy rules of the relevant third-party providers also apply.
Service limitations: the App depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service interruption caused by unpaid device service, data limits, weak signal, carrier policy, or local network conditions. Mobile data or roaming charges may apply outside Wi-Fi or outside your home country, so please confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before using the App.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service unavailability caused by a drained battery, disabled permissions, third-party software conflicts, or failure to install updates is not covered by compensation. We maintain route information and client compatibility, but some data may come from third-party partners, so we are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by such data errors. The Service Provider may update, suspend, or terminate the App service when necessary. After termination, users must stop using and delete the App.
Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: software and digital service orders are generally final once completed. After account benefits, license keys, or digital access are delivered, refund requests are normally not accepted.
Product Evaluation: we encourage users to test the free version, demo features, or trial allowance before purchase to confirm route quality, client compatibility, and scenario fit.
Customer Support: if you experience connection, installation, or account problems, contact the support team for troubleshooting and practical next steps.
Technical Issues: when occasional technical problems affect use, we will try to resolve them or provide alternatives, but this does not automatically create a refund right.
Unauthorized Use: refunds will not be provided if account benefits, license keys, or digital access are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: we may update this refund policy for business or compliance reasons. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
By purchasing and continuing to use the Service, you understand and agree to this non-refund policy.
